  First impressions are important. I've never been here before but went off their Google ratings that said they were great. I called at 9am to schedule an appt and was told to come in, no appt necessary. Get there at 10, no one greeted me, several just looked at me, no one at front desk, finally a woman asked, "what do you want?" and if I had an appt and told me I would need to wait at least 30 mins as the girl who answered the phone didn't check the schedule, no apology or anything. Unfriendly. Go elsewhere.
