  Regular Staff walked out two months ago to this facility when New administration came in and changed everything. Supplies are almost never on hand so nurses and CNAS learn to work without, bed pans and commodes are shared. No one to answer a phone so loved ones are worried. I put in my two week notice and kept it professional but administrator still harasses me and texts me “hey girl how is your job” and asks me to come back even at 1am, yes Sonia I am talking about you....

  Poor Customer Service An My Grandmother Underwear An Pajamas Been Stolen And Lost. An Some Of Them Return But Not All Them. Definitely Relocating Her From This Place. An The Sad Part Is Even She Wanna Leave This Place ASAP
